1. Program Overview

The PIA Landlord Link Community is a referral rewards program that:

• Encourages existing landlords ("Referrers") to refer new landlords ("Referees") to The Property Investors Alliance (PIA).
• Provides both the Referrer and the Referee with a $880 credit (including GST) upon successful activation of a referred property's management agreement.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Referring Landlord (Referrer):

• Must be an existing PIA landlord with at least one active exclusive management agreement for a minimum of 3 months.
• May refer an unlimited number of landlords. Each eligible referral results in a new credit for both the Referrer and the Referee.

Referred Landlord (Referee):

• Must be a new management to PIA that has not had an active property management agreement with PIA in the past 6 months.
• Must sign a new exclusive property management agreement with PIA.

3. Referral Rewards

Referral credits will be issued when:

• The referred property completes one full calendar month under PIA's management, and
• PIA receives the first management fee for the referred property.

Credit Details:

• Both Referrer and Referee will each receive a $880 credit (incl. GST).
• Credits will be automatically applied to future monthly management fees until the full amount is used.
• Credits are valid only for nominated properties under the name of the Referrer or Referee and cannot be transferred.

Additional Conditions:

• Multiple credits can be accumulated and used progressively.
• Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, either in part or in full.
• Any remaining credit will be forfeited if the referred property's management is terminated.

4. Referral Submission Process

To participate:

• The Referring Landlord must enrol through PIA's official referral portal.
• During the referral submission, the Referrer must provide:
  1. Referee's full name
  2. Contact number
  3. Property address (if known)
• All referrals will be validated by PIA, and credits will only be issued upon confirmation of eligibility.

5. Data Privacy & Consent

By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms they have consent from the Referee for PIA to contact them. PIA will:

• Only use the Referee's details to facilitate the referral process.
• Handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Never use the information for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties.

6. General Terms

• PIA reserves the right to verify all referrals and to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• Any misuse or manipulation of the program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of earned credits.
• Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Definitions

• Referrer: An existing landlord client of PIA who refers a new management to the company's property management services.
• Referee: A new management agreement that has not engaged PIA for property management services in the past 6 months and is introduced by a Referrer.
• Referral: A valid introduction that results in the Referee signing an exclusive management agreement and completing one full calendar month under PIA's management.
